My name is Mikey.
I grew up immersed in the restaurant business, where I learned the value of service, the art of flavor, and the joy of feeding people. By the time I became the executive chef of a multimillion-dollar yacht club in Montauk, I had reached what I thought was the pinnacle of success.
But as much as I loved the hustle and the artistry of cooking, something felt off. In struggling to understand myself, my life, my path, and my purpose, I realized that feeding bellies wasn’t enough—I wanted to nourish people’s souls.
I left the restaurant business to dive headlong into my work with EdibleSpirit - initially reading tarot and doing spiritual healings. Eventually I began teaching classes in the esoteric arts, which led to the development of The EdibleSpirit Spectrum, the simple, functional model of spiritual practice that forms the backbone of my work.
Here’s how it works:
Self-Care: through HEALING
We offer a Menu of Services to support Self Care via Healing. All our sessions are designed to provide clarity and insight, cultivating balance and alignment in your life by connecting you with your truth. Whether you’re getting a soul reading or a chakra clearing, a tarot pull or a birth chart, our readings and healings are opportunities to come fully into the present and empower your spiritual gifts.

As your gifts grow, spiritual Development becomes necessary to sufficiently sensitize and stabilize in the face of life’s blessings and challenges. Starting in January, 2025 we will offer monthly, afternoon-long workshops in the Esoteric Arts, as well as ongoing online, EdibleSpirit Development Circles to support you in nurturing the gifts that arise through healing.

As you refine your gifts, a critical point is reached when you may feel compelled to share them with others in Service. This is more than telling your future—it’s about embodying your gifts and living your truth. To support this process, I’ve created a custom notation system for all sessions, which lets us check in with where you were when we last worked together, as well a personalized practice page for you to have a clear sense of how best to follow up on what comes up in session. From there, you can join classes (online or in person) or become part of an ongoing development circle to deepen your growth and connection with others.
